For All Clients over 18 a Front & Back copy of a Valid ID is required to confirm appointments. Booking For Minors 17 & Under Must Bring a Hard copy of all information required. IDs Accepted: Driver's License, State ID, Citizenship Card, Military ID, Passport, Passport Card, Paper Driver License and State IDs Must be signed by DMV. Minors must have authentic certificates no copies of the following U.S or Foreign Birth Certificate (Must Have Parents Correct Information on It, Legal Guardians Must Have Required Documents with Signed Standings Court Orders) Minimum Age for Piercings Is 16.
